Fabric is on ears front and back along with the headband as well. Gold Twisted trim along inner ears with a matching sequin bow. Elastic color on inner headband is white. These are handmade items. The ears are sewn and then hot glued to headband. I then hand sew the ears to the headband for extra protection! Then I attach twisted trim along inner ears. Headband is universal sized and fits most.
